Lead Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

Treehouse Learning Center is a Gold-rated Step Up To Quality childcare center in Gahanna, Ohio. We’re hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3-4 year olds with structure, warmth, and high standards.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience and credentials.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends.

What You’ll Do:
  • Run consistent routines and smooth transitions.
  • Write and teach weekly lesson plans.
  • Observe and document progress in Teaching Strategies GOLD®.
  • Lead your assistant teacher.
  • Partner with families daily.

Required:
  • 2+ years of preschool experience.
  • Ohio Career Pathway Level 3+, CDA, or ECE degree.
  • Experience writing lesson plans.
  • Strong parent communication.
  • Verifiable dependability.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet Ohio licensing requirements.

Preferred (we’ll train the right person):
  • Teaching Strategies GOLD® experience.
  • SUTQ experience.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Spanish.
