About the Job
Treehouse Learning Center is a Gold-rated Step Up To Quality childcare center in Gahanna, Ohio. We’re hiring an experienced Infant Teacher to lead our infant classroom with calm, consistent, nurturing care.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience and credentials.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends.

What You’ll Do:
  • Run predictable feeding, sleep, and play routines.
  • Practice safe sleep.
  • Plan developmental activities.
  • Record milestones in Teaching Strategies GOLD®.
  • Give parents warm daily updates.

Required:
  • 2+ years of infant/toddler experience.
  • Ohio Career Pathway Level 3+ or CDA.
  • Lesson planning experience.
  • Strong parent communication.
  • Verifiable dependability.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet Ohio licensing requirements.

Preferred (we’ll train the right person):
  • Teaching Strategies GOLD® experience.
  • SUTQ experience.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Spanish.
